How long does shipping take for custom jewelry?
Custom-designed pieces typically take 3-4 weeks for production and inspection. Once ready, we ship via insured express courier, which usually arrives within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-engraved or bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you provide appraisals or certificates of authenticity?
Absolutely. Every high-value purchase includes a detailed certificate of authenticity. For diamond jewelry, we provide GIA or IGI certifications to verify the stone's quality and characteristics.

Do you offer ring resizing services?
Yes, we offer one complimentary resizing for most rings within the first 60 days of purchase. Some designs, such as full eternity bands, cannot be resized due to their structural nature.
